  1. How do I receive the product?
    After you pay for your order via Google, the Google payment confirmation screen will have a unique download link that will allow you to immediately download the product. Or you can save your registration number and enter this on our download page to download the file at any time for 30 days.

    Just click on the download link and save the file to your computer. Be sure you note where you saved the file so that you can locate it when you want to use it.
     
  2. How long does it take to download?
    Our mp3 files are typically between 10 and 15 Mb.
    On a 56K modem these files would take between 23 minutes and 37 minutes to download. On a cable modem these files would typically take between 2 and 4 minutes to download.

    Your exact results may vary depending on your provider and the quality of your connection.
     
  3. How do I use the product?
    Our mp3 files can be played by any mp3 player on your computer like iTunes, or on any device that plays mp3 files like your iPhone, iPod, Rio, etc. To listen to our mp3 files on your computer, you will need mp3 software. If you have not listened to mp3s on your computer before, you can download iTunes free at itunes.com or you can download a free copy of Winamp.

    You must have a sound card installed on your computer to listen to these files.     If you currently cannot hear sounds on your computer, please do not purchase these files unless you intend to use them on a separate mp3 player.
